Christine M Hamel Brown

Chris is currently a Lecturer who has been teaching in the Writing Program since 1994, with some time off to coordinate the Writing Center at the UA THINK TANK. She has M.A.s in Cultural and Literary Studies and RCTE. Her favorite course is 101A, but she enjoys anything to do with teaching first-year writers. She is concerned with issues of Difference & Inequality across our program and the university community, including an interest in the relationship between instructors and writing tutors as it can effectively support a diverse array of students.
