Joel Smith teaches Foundations Writing, as well as Technical, Business, and Creative Writing. He also serves on the College of SBS Faculty Advisory Committee. His debut graphic novel, The Parish: An AmeriCorps Story, was published in Summer 2015 with Beating Windward Press.
